Speakers Introduction
Ms. Meera is a gold medalist from Madras University, graduating with an MFA Degree in Commercial Art and Art History from Stella Maris College, Madras. With over 18 years of experience in managing schools,setting up Art Departments and teaching Art and Art Appreciation in India andabroad, covering CBSE, Cambridge and International Baccalaureate curricula, Meera continues to be an IB examiner for Visual Arts.She has established a chain of schools for special children and counseling cells to guide the children of Army officers. Her pet project “Adopt a family”, helping war widows, earned her the “Uttar Pradesh Gaurav” award for social work from the U P Government.
