Speakers Introduction
Mr. Vaishak M Raj
Vaishak is IB continuum Performing Arts Educator and IBDP CAS coordinator at DPS International Edge, Gurugram. He is an IBEN curriculum developer, part of Enhanced MYP project, part of developing the MYP Arts TSM. He is an IBEN Program Leader for MYP and IBEN workshop Leader for PYP, MYP and DP.
Mr. Bharath M S
Bharath has been working in the Performance Arts(Dance)field for over 11+
years. His unwavering passion towards Dance has propelled him to create a profession
in the IB programs as a Dance Facilitator for PYP/ MYP and IGCSE for 8+ years. He
is currently working as an IB PYP and IGCSE Dance Facilitator at JBCN
International School, Oshiwara, Mumbai.
Bharath is the Founder of "Every Soul Deserves to Smile" foundation that caters to
mentoring the underprivileged communities in the rural parts of Karnataka through
Arts and Service as Action projects.
Ms. Bhargavi Gopalan
Bhargavi is a dance scientist, dance educator and community dance practitioner. She is the founding faculty of Dance at Shiv Nadar School, Chennai. Bhargavi holds a master's degree in Dance Science from the University of Bedfordshire, UK. She has published research in reputable journals such as Research in Dance Education and the special edition on the independent sector in dance in Dance Education in Practice.
